Royal Pavillion

Royal Pavillion
Available at daz3d

The Royal Pavillion is a modular set and very useful on it's own. The pavillion can be placed almost anywhere as a vantage point with a great view of the mountains or ocean. Derived from it's name it can be placed in a Palace Park. The scene has a ancient Greek look to it. But it can be used in any historical scene from the ancient up to modern times.

Quality:
Almost all parts of the set has modelled details like swirls and other patterns. But still they are simple and well designed.
There is one thing I dont get. Why are the walls next to the stairs so low? Aren't the walls supposed to be a hand rail for the elder and those with walking difficulties.

Textures:
The scene comes with two material options. I like that, but based on the promo images the materials aren't that different.

Morphs:
None.

Versatility:
Because this set is divided into many smaller elements. I think all of it fairly easy can be used in combination with something else. Of cause for a render like the ideas mention above. But also as decoration of a backyard or a town square.

Overall:
I'm very pleased with this set. And I see a lot of possibilities in it. It has a few drawbacks. I've mixed feelings about the octogonalbase plate. I don't think it fits perfect in the set. But It would be worse if it wasn't there. I look forward to use this set in a future render.
